Nerd Nite is a monthly event held around the globe during which experts give 20-minute fun-yet-informative presentations across all disciplines…while the audience drinks along.
Imagine learning about everything from math feuds or the science of the Simpsons, to the genealogy of Godzilla or debunking beer myths.
Founded over 10 years ago by Christopher Balakrishnan in Boston and Matt Wasowski in New York City, Nerd Nites are now held in more than 90 cities across the globe. In April 2014, Sara Wilson brought Nerd Nite to the Mile High City. Now hosted by Hanna Aucoin, Nerd Nite Denver continues to keep knowledge-hungry and beer-thirsty Coloradans satisfied once a month at The Bug Theatre.
