In November of 2019… 175 people laughed their asses off at the sold out performance of the world premier of Book of Merit, a one-woman inspiring comedy show, written, produced and performed by Merit Kahn and directed by Carole Montgomery, Creator/Producer of Showtime’s Funny Women Of A Certain Age.

When asked why she wrote the show, Merit said, “Now, more than ever, we need stories of triumph by strong women willing to be vulnerable enough to talk about real life and open up about the ups and downs. Oh, and I thought it would be fun to work myself to the bone and freak out about whether anyone would like it.”
