About The Event
Join SafeHouse Denver for a Screening of SURVIVOR MADE
SURVIVOR MADE follows a group of survivors as they defy the odds—building their own thriving businesses in Los Angeles, lobbying for change in Washington D.C., and fighting to prove that investing in survivors saves lives. From executive producers Padma Lakshmi, Roxane Gay, Chase Joynt, Nava Mau, Debbie Millman, Alok Vaid-Menon, and Fawzia Mirza, and director Drew Denny, SURVIVOR MADE is a call to action, a celebration of resilience, and a demand for change. See how small acts drive big change—and discover your role in ending gender-based violence.
Following the film, we will host a brief panel discussion. All proceeds cover the cost of the event and support SafeHouse Denver.
If you are able to also provide an in-kind donation of transportation support, such as gas or ride-share gifts cards, these will go directly to survivors engaged in SafeHouse services.
Special thanks…
